The panel discuss clinical considerations in congestion management and the importance of measuring a clinical response early on.

In the last stage of the patient’s hospital stay, the panel discuss the clinical importance of managing iron deficiency and why iron parameters should be assessed. They also discuss the need for self-care education pre-discharge and how the heart failure disease management support clinic system is essential for a comfortable discharge of a patient.
